I met Maggie when I decided to take her weight training class and immediately really appreciated her style of teaching.
She provides a great workout while being sensitive to the issues that women have with their bodies – both aging and otherwise! She
always has a smile and a positive attitude and that makes all the difference. I really appreciate the customized workout that I get
and the way that I ALWAYS feel better (both emotionally and physically) when I leave. I definitely look better at 43 than I did at
40 thanks to Maggie. I can guarantee that I will always leave there feeling better and healthier than when I arrived!

I have had a strong desire for and commitment to fitness since 1991, when I received a gym membership as a Christmas gift.
Maggie has been in my life a great deal of that time, first as a water instructor, then as the teacher of a land-based senior fitness
class. For the last six years she has been my personal trainer, and we have worked aggressively to combat the effects of osteoporosis,
and we continue to work on balance, flexibility, core strength, and increased stamina. I know I must keep Maggie up at night, smiling
and rubbing her hands together, thinking about what she will have in store to challenge me each week. I asked her to promise that
she “won’t ever let me quit.” I turned 82 in January of 2009, and I don’t see her giving up on me any time soon.
