Learn the six BEST exercises to combat osteoporosis at this hands-on workshop. You'll learn about correct form and technique and be given the materials you need to not only increase your bone density but improve your overall fitness level as well. The workout is based in part on research conducted by the University of Arizona.
 
This workshop is available for your workplace, church, civic, or other group for a small fee (it depends on the mileage and if there are any travel expenses, but the cost is usually $5-10 per person based on six participants).
